ThynkDone is a small engineering studio. We make web apps, Chrome extensions and automation, and we look after the servers they run on. One client has worked with us for more than six years.
We've delivered over 1,000 projects for clients in more than 12 countries, and nine in ten new projects come from past clients or people they sent our way.

Saved-search alerts for licensed car dealers.
Dealers who buy from wholesale marketplaces used to re-run the same searches all day. SwiftBids checks Manheim OVE for them on a schedule they choose and sends each match, priced against its market value, to email, Telegram, Slack or Discord.

Every tab gets its own cookies and storage, so you can stay signed into work and personal accounts side by side. It handles tricky sign-ins like Google’s, keeps everything on your computer and collects no data.
Three contractors had said it couldn’t be done. Our Playwright pipeline has run daily since, with nobody restarting it.
Next.js frontend, FastAPI backend, deployed on the client’s own server and running without incidents for months.
Automation, monitoring and supervision moved to a new Ubuntu server while everything stayed up. The client kept us on.
Our mail server, live chat and this website all run on our own server, and their status is checked every 30 seconds.

We take on scoped projects and long-term retainers, not one-off fixes, so each piece of work gets our full attention. Senior engineers own every project, and when one needs more hands we bring in people who meet the same bar. When you write to us, a senior engineer reads it and replies within a day.

We focus on scoped projects and retainers rather than hourly fixes. The usual minimum is a clearly defined piece of work with a start and an end.
That's what the first call is for. Describe the problem and we'll suggest the simplest thing that solves it, with the trade-offs spelled out.
