Who we are

ThynkDone is an engineering studio operating thynkdone.com. For anything privacy-related, email support@thynkdone.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your name, email, the project type and budget you choose, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your project. Submissions are stored on our own server and sent to our team as a private Telegram notification.
• Email. Messages to support@thynkdone.com are stored on our self-hosted mail server and help desk.
• Live chat. If you use the chat, your messages and anything you share are stored on our self-hosted help desk at help.thynkdone.com. The chat widget uses your browser’s storage to keep your conversation going between visits.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager, served from our own subdomain, to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and from what kind of device. Depending on the tags configured, this data may be processed by Google.
• Server logs. Like every website, our servers record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

What we don’t do

We don't sell your data, we don't add you to newsletters you didn't ask for, and we don't use your project details for anything except working with you.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and our legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@thynkdone.com and we will reply within a few working days.

If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date below.
