The problem

Dealers who buy from wholesale marketplaces like Manheim OVE spend their days re-running the same searches. The best Buy Now units go fast: if a buyer only sees one the next time they get round to checking, someone else has already bought it.

Every price also has to be checked against MMR, the Manheim Market Report value, by hand. And good finds tend to land in one person’s inbox instead of in front of the whole buying team.

What we built

We built SwiftBids as a product, not a script. Buyers save their criteria once as a campaign, and background workers check the marketplace on each campaign’s own schedule, from realtime to daily.

Every match is compared with its MMR value and filtered through notification rules, so buyers only hear about cars they would actually buy. Alerts go wherever the team already works. Manheim OVE is live today, with Copart being set up next.

How it works

  1. Campaigns, not searches

Each saved search runs in its own slot with its own criteria and check frequency: realtime, every 15 minutes, hourly or daily.

  2. Smart filters with MMR

Make, model, year, mileage, price caps, condition grade and MMR thresholds, with every listing compared with its market value.

  3. Alerts where buyers work

Email, Telegram, Slack and Discord, each carrying the same detail and a direct link to the condition report.

  4. Notification rules

Skip what you would never buy: too far over MMR, too many miles, no MMR at all, or a car you were already alerted about.

  5. Self-serve billing

Per-slot subscriptions with a free trial, plus a custom tier for dealers who want workflows built around them.

  6. Run by us

Hosting, health checks and the background workers that keep every campaign checking around the clock.
