The problem

A product founder needed a complete platform: frontend, backend and deployment. Splitting it across separate teams risked the classic hand-off gaps, where every problem belongs to someone else.

What we built

One team owned the whole thing. A Next.js frontend talks to a FastAPI backend, deployed on the client’s own VPS, with documentation written alongside the code.

How it works

  1. One owner

Frontend, backend and deployment handled by the same team.

  2. Their server

Deployed on the client’s own VPS, not locked into ours.

  3. Hand-off ready

A codebase clean enough to hand to any developer, with real documentation.

“They built our entire platform: Next.js frontend, FastAPI backend, deployed on our VPS. One team, zero handoff gaps. The codebase is clean, the docs are real, and it's been running without incidents for months.”
